I have been going to Benny J's for years. It's hands-down my favorite for a grab and go salad in Branford. I've enjoyed everything I've tried there - eggplant parm, subs, pizza, fried calamari. Pizzas are cooked to that perfect crisp without burning. Salads are always generously packed with fresh fruits and veggies. The only downside is that it's a really small place so seating is limited.
