“I found this place purely by accident but I'm really glad after passing it I turned around and went in. A real feast for the eyes, loads of choices. I bought a box of cookies, a bit pricey and unfortunately I myself never got to try them. What I did have was the Panini Meatball, it was fantastic. The gentleman that waited on me, possibly the owner, was very friendly. As I told him, I will definitely be back for more, and maybe even get to try those cookies!“

“Sometimes it just takes two brothers working side by side to get pizza just right and these two have in a big way! Our local go to spot for pizza, pasta and homemade bread. If eating in, you can bring your own beer or wine. If I lived in Italy it would be like going home and sitting in the kitchen! Since I live down the street even better! Don't miss the white clams casino or broccoli rabe and sausage red pizza! For pasta try the carbonara which is big enough for two!“
“I have been going to Benny J's for years. It's hands-down my favorite for a grab and go salad in Branford. I've enjoyed everything I've tried there - eggplant parm, subs, pizza, fried calamari. Pizzas are cooked to that perfect crisp without burning. Salads are always generously packed with fresh fruits and veggies. The only downside is that it's a really small place so seating is limited. However, the location is right in the center so you could grab food and walk right to the center to eat Al fresco.“
“My other favorite pizza now. New haven has ruined pizza for me because it's so good and Pacileos is part of that. Their pizza is amazing thin crust and absolutely delicious. What I like about theirs over other new haven pizzas is its bigger more filling so im not as hungry. But it's also more affordable. And the staff Is sooo nice! Their cheese pizza is my favorite so delictible and yummy. Always get a pie on my way out of Connecticut ? Everyone should come try! “While visiting from Florida, we got UberEats from this restaurant and all our food was good but the pesto gnocchi will haunt my dreams forever. It was the best pasta dish I’ve ever had and am so sad I can’t get it again. I’ve been chasing that gnocchi dragon since, but everywhere else pales in comparison.“
“Our first time here and it will be a staple for us. Absolutely amazing. I had the Chicken Italiano with chicken, prosciutto, balsamic glaze and bruschetta~the flavor combination is outstanding. He had the ahi tuna, fried shrimp & fried steak tacos. The tuna was so fresh, the shrimp was amazing as well as the steak. Highly recommend this place.“
“Very good to excellent pizza but not really a sit down type place. No atmosphere at all. Table attendant seemed surprised that we dined in.pizza was good ,well priced and huge for a "medium",but I probably would just get it to go next time.Update: got an extra large with sausage and mushrooms to go for 22 dollars and change. This pizza was easily the best I've had on the shoreline in my entire life.The decor and service still need work but their pizza just can't be beat. Prices very good too.Truly excellent.“

“First off I'd like to stay. Outstanding customer service. The young man in the front is the best. The pizza is the best pizza in Branford. Very cozy spot. Their chicken cutlets are amazing and it's pretty much take out only one table in here. The subs are fantastic. 9.5/10.“
“Came down to watch the game and have some food. I love the fresh made gnocchi colognes, fantastic! My buddy had the gnocchi Della casa with added calamari, OUTSTANDING!!. Price has a bearing. But there is no room for discussion about the freshness or quality of food. For posting purposes, $20 is very inexpensive for the quality here. Totally recommend this place“
