I must say, their sausage pizza is excellent. The sausage is real Italian sausage. You can taste it!! There are no waitresses. You must pay for your food before you sit down. Pick your own seat. I appreciate the real sausage on the pizza.
Captain's is a Family eatery from My Childhood. My Dad took our Family here on Family Night so I eat here whenever I'm Visiting Home. Sausage Pizza & Fruit Punch Mocktails is My Fav. Give it a Go, you'll Like!Kid-friendliness: Mozzarella sticks, Chicken strips & Fries are hand made, NOT Frozen!

I used to go here all the time back in the 80's and 90's, first time visiting since moving back to CT after 25 years in Maryland. I ordered a large bacon pizza and it was as good as it was in the past. Crust had a nice crispness, sauce was flavorful, plenty of cheese and the bacon was cooked perfectly. I'm glad I finally got to return to Captains and will definitely be back.
