The ladies serving are awesome. Super friendly and sweet as ever.I don't know what happened to this place though . They close early most days and still sell the dry food from the vitrines. I used to sit and eat there but the restaurant is no longer presentable. Sometimes I wonder how sanitary the kitchen is.The food is still good and well priced, but just check the fried food and ask for it fresh and wait if necessary.Order fresh food and take it home.

Good, fresh Puerto Rican food. Good servings for a very reasonable price. The "ambiance" can be improved.The pasteles (green banana/plataine pulp stuffed with savory pork meat cubes) are excellent. I give this place four stars because I love Latin-American food. You will find here a blend of Puertorican style or made food and they have some items made to order like their mofongo or tostones. It is located on Eastmain St. Tip: Park across the Street. It has the look of a mom and pop cafeteria. There is a lot of movement, the place is usually full.
