Great place for a meal whetherit's sushi, hibachi, or just drinks. Atmosphere is nice, the staff is also really friendly. We had the lobster & steak hibachi takeout. So delicious! Highly recommended!!
So, this the more romantic approach for this review My date and I LOVE sushi, so she suggested Bambu. I've had Bambu before but only from takeout. This time it was to meet with a first date. I walked in and instantly I fell for the entryway. Modern but also had the feeling of nature with the rocky wall and relaxed entrance. My date arrived and we were seated near the bar. Surprisingly, the sushi we ordered as an after thought was the highlight of our meal and what we wished we’d ordered more of. The food served hibachi was somewhat lacking flavor. As for entertainment, the “show” was average. Our chef was moderately interested in being there. Perhaps the most frustrating point is that my wife and I had to wait at the grill for 20+ minutes for another party to sit before they would continue (hence the sushi order while we waited).
