Erica! I was just in there to order a double and frys and nuggets. She then gave me the best option for my particular order. Not a big deal unless u compare it to other cus service workers. Then I watched her help two more people and give them prices off the top of her head that she's memorized for like every sandwich. Well done.
The McDonald's on Albany avenue And what service The employees need more customer service training one bedroone they don't take the job serious.They get orders wrong. And the lines be so long. They're not getting stuff right, especially in the meadows. When you go to the drive through, you gotta call with patient cause if you don't have no patient.
