I love the meals here. They're really fresh and healthy and keeps me on track with my weight loss. If I eat for a solid 2 weeks here I will lose weight and the quality of the food is good. The staff here is always helpful especially Nick, Amber and John.
What a great spot this hidden gem is!!!I drive by this spot on the way to work everyday and forgot my lunch and decided to give it a try. Anyone from around this area or in Connecticut should be ordering online for what your needs are or coming in to grab food while it last because it goes quick!!!
