We truly enjoyed our evening at Geronimo Fairfield on Saturday. The food was beyond delicious! The grilled octopus appetizer was phenomenal perfection. The mixed grilled was abundant and layered with terrific flavors from the meat and seafood all the way through the beans and vegetables that lined the bottom of the molcajete, if you have friends willing to share a dish this is a must try. It's not easy to find southeastern style food in little ole Connecticut but we can thank Geronimo's for filling in that void. The guacamole is nice but I recommend adding some type of spice to waken up your taste buds. The chicken wings appetizer was intriguing because it was fried perfectly but was seasoned very daintily and had me wishing they weren't so shy with the spices.
