Lately I have know test that they change a lots of people and they are not like they use to be, last time I went the the server picked up a piece of paper on the floor and put it pack on the shelf very decussating. I will not be there as much anymore and there prices going up like crazy.
Love the food at Panera but don't love the lack of attention to detail. The last 3 times I ordered delivery, there was something missing: utensils, coffee and chicken on the salad. It's annoying to have to call up afterwards, and even then, they didn't do what they said they would to fix it. I can see why they are closing branches when they can't seem to get the orders right. Great food, so it's a shame!
