I have been hitting up breakfast diners / restaurants all over the northern Connecticut. I happened on Hans & Fritz thanks to a Yelp search. I had a Sausage, Bacon, onion and American cheese omelette and the food and service couldn't have been better. I highly recommend- it's inside The Exchange so no outer entrance. Go visit them, the conversations were great also!
Good food, great customer service and friendly staff. Owner is a good friend of mine and is an amazing person, he makes conversation with his customers, and is a real people person.

Food (vegetarian) was nice and freshTimings are 7am to 2 pm. There is only 1 chef. You can eat outside as well as inside. Lot of parking space available because it is inside the dialysis building of Uconn.Costed me $14 for wrap, fries and juice.
