Great sub, lots of meat, nice and fresh bread. The oatmeal raisin cookies was delicious.... overall great food...

The sandwiches are chock full and I love the roll selection. So easy to order on-line and pick up without having to have contact. Staff is very efficient. And the choc chip cookies are amazing!

Turkey sub was excellent. Have them cut it in half because it’s still pretty big! The sandwiches are neat and have the right amount of ingredients, which were fresh.

I love dibella’s sandwiches when they’re made in person however, when ordering online for pick up they’re not too attentive to details . Last 2 times I picked up my order they made them incorrectly. I paid for extra meat & cheese and both times I got neither

My First time eating DiBella's. I was a bit disappointed. Used Uber eats. The sub was dry because unfortunately, someone forgot my mayonnaise and veggies I requested.

DiBella' employees are so nice and pleasant. I like there sandwiches better then subway and there bread taste better. The prices look pretty high but they are very big even the small size is big I highly recommend DiBella's

My family always comes here when we are craving a good sub. They easily have the largest subs I've ever seen. I mean, a medium sized sub could pass as a large sub if I didn't know any better. They are never stingy on the contents of their subs. Not only that, they are quick making orders. They are the only place I order from where I can put in an order online and it's already ready before the estimated pick up time. The order is always correct too. They don't get it wrong. I am surprised this place doesn't do more business! If you're looking for an excellent sub, don't go to Subway, GO TO DIBELLA'S.

Best sub place in the area hands down

I introduced my son to their meatball sub and he ranked it better than were we normally go. I tried their Italian combo and a different on a previous time. Both out of this world. We will be back.

We use to Love this place the one in Hamden,Ct. Lately last (2) experience have been aweful.Bread not fresh , sandwich falling apart & not made the way we request. The manager does not care. Over it lost a customer & do BETTER

Went last evening, ordered a Cesar Salad w/ grilled chicken, waited 15 minutes while everybody who came on after me got their food before me. Salad was small and average at best and the girl who waited on me had a bad attitude. Won't go again, too many choices in this area.

This place is BANGIN!!! Subs are huge the bread flavors are all unique and delicious, also nice and soft no matter what time you go. I've get to try the cold cuts but the steak and cheese is the best in town. Some items aren't "fresh" like the mushrooms I believe are canned but the food itself is fresh especially the breads. I recommend the "everything" bread! The cowboy is a favorite too! I try to go less but I go almost 2x a week! Great rewards program. It is a bit $$ but the quality and quantity make it worth it! 10/10! Staff is friendly and they offer curbside pickup!

Ordering ahead is awesome, too bad the people putting the orders together don't bother to list what sandwich is going in the little red bags, because then they might actually give you the correct sandwich.

I ordered a large roast beef sub via the DiBella's website for delivery by Doordash.First the delivery took a very long time but the weather was terrible so that I sort of understood. The driver was very nice too... sadly that's all that went well.Unfortunately when I got back upstairs with my food I was missing my soda and the pickle I paid for, plus my sandwich was on the wrong bread one I don't like and on top of this the meat was slimy and gross looking. (also the bag was half-open and beat up)I called the restaurant to let them know, spoke to the manager who sounded like she didn't care at all ... not so much as an apology. Her best advice? "come back tomorrow for your soda". (yes, really)I will be going to the store tomorrow and giving them back THEIR sandwich.I've heard DiBella's was a decent place but IDK about the Hamden location ... will report back tomorrow after I see it.EDIT: I did go to visit the store today and gave them back my untouched sandwich.Spoke with James the manager who took the store over recently. He was very apologetic and not only refunded me but made me a replacement sandwich personally. Will be having it for late-lunch in a few minutes ... it certainly LOOKS one heck of a lot more appetizing than last nights disaster! (stay tuned)

(stay tuned) EDIT#2: Sandwich was very good ... a major improvement! *(Raised rating to 3 stars) Having said that, it was NOT the best sandwich I've ever had, Boars Head roast beef blows DiBella's out of the water and frankly Stop & Shop's house brand tastes less processed/salty ... also kinda pointless the Sesame seeds on the bread since they have exactly zero flavor. It was however the best sub I've had from the "Corporate" version of a deli, straight up putting Subway to shame and a good notch up in size from Firehouse or Jersey Mike's. Compared to my "go-to" Mr Kold Kuts in Orange however it tastes like the pre-packaged stuff.
