Not alot of options for muffins,doughnuts, or bagels. Limited variety and supply. By mid-day most food is finished. Overall, morning staff is very nice.

The worst Dunkin on Dixwell Avenue, the workers constantly have attitudes. No one came on the drive thru speaker to say they were switching cash registers and they were not taking orders even though it was 3 pm on a weekday. Also, they never have any items today it was no cream or sugar which confuses me because they’re a coffee shop. Hopefully they get better store management because what they have right now is awful!!

This particular Dunkin Donuts used to be top notch. I guess it changed hands like 7 yrs ago. Weekday mornings aren't too bad as long the manager is there. Weekends are horrid!!! There's swearing, use of the "n" word, loud goofing off, no kind of professionalism. I wish the previous people who worked there never left. It's too bad. ?

The absolute worst customer service. Kid with the long hair at the drive thru has a disrespectful mouth. He needs to be careful who he talks to with that nasty mouth. A lot of people would’ve reacted a lot differently than I.

I ordered with uber eats on 7/4 at 7:05pm. Lazy service not from uber, but from Dunkin'. Pleasse don't hire lazy rushy employees who could care less about service. I tried calling but probably one of the workeres was on the phoine with who knows who and it was a busy signal. My order was for a wrap, hash browns, a lemon loaf, a blueberry glazed donut and a medium lemonade. Only got the lemonade, wrap and the hash browns. Paid $25 to Dunkin' and a tip to Uber Eats. The infuriating thing is not so much I didn't get the sweets but that lazy people may have rushed through the order forgetting things. I hope the owner sees this and replaces yes, replaces the workers that were were responsible, July 4, 2023 7:0.5 PM.Please feel free to email me back, hopefully it shows when I send. There's no way to prove it, unliess you have video showing the employee handing the order directly to uber eats driver, but it sure seems like what I said is true. And if uber eats is to blame, I will blast them just the same. [email protected]. Pissed at lazy workers!!! Replace them so they'll think about this at the next job they have!!!

I was standing at the counter waiting to order for 10 minutes and walked out because not a single person inside the store acknowledged me. Just kept looking at me and walking away.

I wouldn’t normally post a review. However, I was upset today… I ordered a coffee with Butter Pecan. I got up to the window, paid, received the rest of my order, and waited to receive my coffee. The young man looks at me and asks why I was still waiting… I explained my coffee. He walked away came back and rudely stated they were out of the flavor. I told him what I would like instead. They made it and he pushed it out the window so fast I ended up spilling it on myself but, drove away. I assume he was having a bad day. All of this took about 6 or 7 minutes.If, they mentioned up front it would have been an immediate fix.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENTThis breakfast taco was a DISAPPOINTMENT , look at it!! Where are the eggs IT’S ALL SCRAPS! Dunkin Donuts you should be ashamed of themselves!

I just tried to go in this store and was immediately told I couldn't come in with my SERVICE DOG!!! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with "there's no animals allowed in the store", I said "he's my service dog" (mind you he has his service dog vest on) and the guy yelled at me, "that doesn't matter there's no animals allowed!". The other guy even said something to him about my dog being a service dog and he said it didn't matter. Since when are SERVICE ANIMALS not allowed in Dunkin??? The guy was a complete a-hole, does he even realize he can't do that? Y'all need to train your employees better, especially when it comes to dealing with people with disabilities and the laws behind it. If could give less then 1 star I definitely would!!!
