This used to be a great location. Service has always been good. I started going less when Dunkin changed the reward program (which now sucks). Now the last few times I’ve decided to go my drink has been awful. The last straw was today I ordered a macchiato and basically got a cup of milk. When I asked why it was so light she acted like it was normal. I’ve had macchiatos several times, many of which were at Dunkin and they’re not supposed to be that color. When I take a sip it should not taste like just milk….waste of money. Not to mention FIX YOUR POTHOLES. Why is your drivethru covered in crater sized potholes. Over it. I’ll go to Starbucks.

Worse experience ever. Lady in counter was alone and showed all that frustration on customers. No donut we’re on rack and when I asked her to bring the other rack to see what donut are available before ordering she got angry. Worst customer service. Will never ever come back here again.

1/4/2024 - Been coming to this Dunkin for a little over 2 years since moving in this part of town. Staff used to be THE GREATEST and I felt personable and comfortable. Since the changing of the guard, a lot of the people I used to see quit and they have not been properly staffed since. Today, I went in to order a coffee and a gentleman was looking to get a sandwich with his coffee. The girl with the extremely long braids was calling him to the register loudly saying, "You owe me money!" After hashing out a problem with his gift card, they tried to charge him over $11 for a medium coffee and sandwich when the sandwich is supposed to be 3 dollars when buying the coffee. Then they stated he owed 8 dollars to where he just asked for his coffee and cancelled the sandwich. After leaving I came back to get a sandwich. The price was $5.68. I gave the same girl with the braids $5.78. She took the money and closed the drawer with no change given back. I told her that I gave her $5.78 to which she asked me, "So you want 10 cents back?" While I didn't say it, the first thing in my mind was, "Yes, you owe me money." Can't say I'll be returning unless that girl is relieved of duties. Jazzy is awesome. The Caucasian young gentleman that works there is always polite and pleasant. The Spanish lady with the glasses that makes the sandwiches in the morning is also a peach. Too bad you have to be rated for poor customer service. You know what they say about one bad apple.....

On 11/24/2023, at the drive up windows I order a corn muffin a bagel and a small coffee 3equals 3 milks, the girl at the windows did not say the price nor did I hear anything except OK at the end of my order, when I got to the windows she said it was $10.11, at that point I did not question the amount, I paid with my phone app. When she gave me the coffee it was a large coffee, I told her that I order a small coffee and I said was that the reason for the price, she said yes, at that point she gotArgumentative instead apologizing for the error.

Very rude employees, don’t know how to behave with customers. If they behave in such a rude way , I am sure they will lose customers. The lady at drive through was very rude. 11/10/2023 at 11:30 am I had a very bad experience with them. I was standing at the register looking at the screen to select my choices, and the lady employee at the drive shouted at me and said it unpleasantly that I called you here 10 times and you are not coming, and commanding that stand there and order what you want

If I could have given a lower score to this franchise location I would have.. terrible service .. cold egg sandwiches and if you try to mention an issue with your order you get an attitude. Makes me want to switch to Starbucks.

I hadn't been inside a Dunk in Donuts in 8 years. I didn't like the sugar and straws behind the counter. I only had a LG Hazelnut with. Blueberry shot and it cost me $3.53! This store was understaffed and there's a posted seating limit of 35 minutes. Dunk in Donuts isn't what it used to be. That's just sad. At least the Ladies were nice.

I’ve noticed that every time I go into this location the team seems understaffed. I’ve also noticed that the team that works here does an amazing job at multi-tasking and taking care of the customers. I rarely review stores but the impact the customer service at this store has had on me has compelled me to leave this review. It is my humble opinion that the staff at this location, specifically the gentleman that jumps all over the place, from the cooking area to drive thru to register(Luis) be promoted to a position that continues to play a major role in the future of customer service at this location. I’d also love to point out that (Margarita and Robert) do an amazing job as well. I have been working in management and leadership for many years and know talent when I see it.

Story time, on September 8, 2023. It was a hot summer day, and all I can think of was that ?️ “I need to Drink something cold!” But quickly I changed my mind when I saw the sandwich on the menu. The young man who took my order and served me was very nice, polite and was pretty quick. All I ordered was a sandwich, no drink. After I received the contents I made a beeline to my vehicle. But when I went into my car. The sweet, wonderful aroma of my sweet bacon ,egg , cheese, croissant sandwich , Hit my nose at lightning ⚡️ speed. I couldn’t resist and had to open the sandwich bag and indulge in a taste.But as I began to sink my teeth in I found it quite impossible to bite through it. I first thought the bacon was super hard or over dried .When I took it out of my mouth and looked at it. I noticed wax paper still attached to the slice of cheese. ? ?. Anyways, here’s a picture. Take a look at my teeth marks.

Honestly, this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. The customer service is poor. There are always several people working but they will ignore you when you’re standing right at the register. Every time I go in there the customer service is the same. TERRIBLE!!!! I live around the corner from this store, and I would rather drive 5 miles down the road to go to the next one. I will never ever ever go to that Dunkin again.
