Everything is so fresh and so good. I have only ever ordered the burrito bowl. When I find something I love why get something else. I work at a restaurant and we will actually get Uber eats from here when we are working. I always ask for extra avocado and extra chipotle sauce on the side. It is such a large bowl that I usually get at least 2 meals out of it so it's nice to have extra sauce to add to it later.
Greens and Proteins is the best place to get smoothies and bowls in all of Hamden and the surrounding area. Only problem is that the smoothie had some chocolatey clumps of whey protein, although it still tasted absolutely delicious ?. The service and atmosphere was exceptional, and our server Mary was outstanding!!

Dispite what Google and their webaite says, they're open M-F till 8!! We love it here! I order online, and pick up or dine in with my family of 5. Its a fast meal I can feel good about feeding my family, and everyone is happy. Our faves are their Acai bowls, budda bowl, burrito bowl, and harvest salad.
