Wow this place has gone waaayyyy downhill from when I worked in the area just a few years ago. Prime breakfast time (8am on Tuesday ) and nobody was here or came in during my 15 minutes here.The egg sandwich was bland, the bread stale and worst sin of all.....the coffee was burnt and barely potable.And the woman had the personality of a snail .Not to mention the tabletops were covered with crumbs and smears.Let's hope capitalist darwinism kicks in and this place gets reborn as a neighborhood breakfast and lunch spot worthy of spring Glenn.I wish the owners luck, but only if they change everything about this place.I hate to write this, but it needs to be said.

It is a local breakfast/lunch restaurant. Clean, pleasant staff,usual items on menu such as eggs, bacon, chicken, corn beef etc. I got a corned beef Rreuben with soda from refrigerator. I could have had it as take out but sat at small table instead.. TThe restaurant looks out on Whitney Ave or parking lot.

A great clean location. Richards offers a large variety of items. My coworkers and I like to come here for the many choices, portion sizes, value and great taste, the staff is always busy but will take the time to answer questions about their menu.

It has been many years since I was in Richard's, and it is under new ownership. I rarely get takeout, but I was looking for a salad for lunch and Richard's had a nice selection. As another reviewer mentioned, it was nice to see the old favorites on the menu, as well as a few new offerings. I ordered the Green Goddess Salad, and was very pleased. The ingredients were all extremely fresh--even the bacon seemed as though it had just been cooked-- and the young woman who prepared the salad did so with care. The deli was impeccably clean, and would have been a pleasant place to sit and enjoy lunch. Everything has gone up so much recently, but the price of the salad was on a par with those at other local restaurants, and the quality was excellent. I'll be returning!

The food here is always so fresh. I know I can get an affordable meal full of veggies and protein. It’s also kid friendly. Come Thurs-Sat for their Korean specials. Love this place!

We all understand how expensive everything has gotten in the last few years. I get it. But today I got a turkey sandwich, with ONE slice of bacon (my request) with lettuce on a hard roll. And a can of seltzer. I was charged $18.00. That just isn't justifiable. Done.

I sleepy Deli and Spring Glen provides a nice lunch at a reasonable price. I have lived in Spring Glen many years ago and gone to Richards under ownership at that time, the place was a madhouse the line was a cool around inside and you would be jockeying for position for your next purchase a decade or so has gone by and the economy has changed. In the meantime, I think Richards has been sold to a nice Korean couple. They have put their spin on the menu, keeping many of our favorites but adding some specialties. I enjoyed a nice roast beef special, chips and a Fanta. Everything was hot, fresh and deeply made. I will be returning because they have snuck in few Korean delicacies like bibimbap Which are only available on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I can't wait to try the homemade bibimbap.

Just not what it used to be. Richard, Liz, Kurt and the crew were the best. Just a shell of what it used to be. Sandwiches and specials are still good from what was left on the orignal menu but you can tell the difference.
