The food was great. The staff was great. However what's the purpose of using the app? If you can't redeem anything. The only reason for their app is to order ahead. This $20 box should come with drinks.
I think this is one of the better tasting KFC around the Hartford area.I had Two issues where I had gotten the wrong order when I got home but both times, they've corrected it although it is inconvenient since I do not live close by anymore. I called and let them know and they write it in a book and I can get it changed or refunded. I had gone back 2x on a different day and they honored it. The parking lot and the premises are clean.
