Located right in downtown, whether youre dropping by after work for happy hour or in town for business/pleasure, the experience - from the welcome to the service to the food was great. I'm not in town often, but this is my new favorite spot when in Hartford. Salute is a crown jewel of downtown Hartford. We recently hosted our rehearsal dinner there, and the restaurant outdid themselves with the event. The food was wonderful, the planning process was incredibly easy, and the guests had a wonderful time. Jimmy Cosgrove cares deeply about his restaurant and his guests, and it shows in the food, the drink, and the atmosphere he creates. Have been many times before and will be back many more.
