Got the same sandwich I ordered at another subway. Service was gruff and the modicum that should have been provided was not. Server seemed to be bothered that he had to wait on me. Poor service.
Waited 20 minutes in line while 1 server struggled to serve during peak lunch hour. No apologies.They need help. This is downtown people have things to do and places to be. Come on.

Bathroom had an out of order sign but I saw an employee disappear into it for abit. I'm fine with not allowing public use but lying to customers isn't ok. Aside from that the store was very clean and sandwiches were made well.
