“The King & I was a great surprise. We had been searching for a new Thai restaurant since Thai Palace in Bloomfield was under new management and the food was no longer edible. This restaurant has a large menu with many suggestions and photos. It is a tiny place with ample off street parking and very cozy and romantic. If you BYOB they offer free ice bucket with glasses. Waitress was very cordial, pleasant and friendly. We ordered two soups, an appetizer and one dish. Each small soup is enough for two and after the chicken dumplings we couldn’t even finish the pineapple, rice and shrimp with yellow curry. We look forward to returning for their lunch, which has smaller portions. It would be nice if lunch included a free small soup as lunch special.“
