Besides a couple minor order glitches, I've always been pleased with the friendly and attentive service, food quality, flavor, freshness, portions and price. I've only been there at pretty quiet times, but there's constant take-out foot traffic regardless of when I go, which is a good sign in my book.”

“We went there the other day. At lunch It was real quiet there. I had a steak grinder.To go. Hardly any green peppers on it. And the steak was well done and so so dry. Never had a steak grinder so dry. Usually everything is so good. The cookies we did get were excellent. Not sure why the grinder was so dry. Sad.”

“I recently started getting pizza here every Friday, the pizza here is delicious I get the white spinach and have never had a better white pizza so fresh and the garlic and spinach perfect, my boyfriend got the bacon pizza and it was perfect also, they crumbled the bacon and there was a generous amount of bacon everything hot and fresh!!”

Outstanding…the best Country Fried Steak this side of Oklahoma. I’ve never seen so much sausage in gravy as I had today. I plan on treating myself more often. Mark me.”

“Today was my first time here. I tried the classic sour dough, the jalapeño cheddar sour dough, the mint chocolate cupcake ,the maple bacon scone and the french onion baguette. All super fresh and very well made. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything we tried was delicious!”

“Highly recommend! My husband and I come here about every other week. Every time it taste wonderful! We always get the chili chicken (appetizer), paneer butter masala, naan, and samosas. They are always prompt on when the food will be ready as well which we appreciate. I chose the Belgian waffle with scrambled eggs, turkey bacon, and fresh, well-seasoned ingredients, which was a delightful choice. The Latte I had with my meal was a perfect match. I highly recommend trying Zinneken's Belgian Waffles and Café for a delicious and satisfying breakfast at a very affordable price.I would say the waffles was the headliner.???”

“We just had a brunch for 70+ people after a funeral here last weekend. The owner was wonderful. I did not have to worry about a thing. The food was terrific, the staff wonderful, the venue perfect...they could even have accomodated more folks if needed. I didn't have to worry about thing. I highly recommend Cotton Hollow Kitchen. “This is one of my favorite places!! The food and drinks are amazing — the chopped salad is my go-to! They have tons of classes for all ages on top of being able to pop in and paint something any day of the week. They also have a small business market one weekend a month May-October with tons of awesome small businesses including jewelry, pottery, floral designs, stickers, paintings, soaps, teas and tinctures, permanent jewelry, clothing, candles and so much more. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Firestone. It’s one of a kind!!!♥️”

“Eggs Up continues to be the best breakfast place in town. The food is always excellent and they have a great variety on their menu along with good specials. The only downside is that it is a very small restaurant and seating is very limited. During peak times there will usually not be a table free and you may have to wait a while until there is one available. If the crowd waiting is outside the door, you may be better off just finding somewhere else to go unfortunately.”

“I was surprised when we got there, looks like a super typical town-y pizza place tucked in a somewhat dingy plaza. The inside is bright, clean, and not at all what I expected. The service was friendly and very fast. There was a steady stream of patrons but staff kept up well, all seemed to be having a good time. The meatballs in vodka sauce were delicious. Fettuccini Carbonara was flavorful and well balanced. I personally would have had more sauce, but I will just request that for next time. Ravioli are huge and generously stuffed. Highly recommended for a high quality Italian experience in an unassuming location.”

“Jack's was recently featured on channel 3. We are big breakfast folk, so a 35 minute drive from Manchester on a sunny (cold) morning to see if the restaurant was as good as it was supposed to be was very feasible for us. In a small stip mall in Higganum, we found Jack's. Clean & inviting inside, there was a short wait which we expected (due to the publicity on TV) We looked for someone taking names (to be seated), however seeing no one, we asked one of the locals waiting and was told they just eyeball the people waiting & seat them in order of when they arrived. Within a few minutes, we were seated in a comfortable booth. All the servers were really nice. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming. Coffee poured - not bad, though not quite as strong as I like it. I had 2 slices of cinnamon French toast served with cinnamon butter. So good!!! My husband had an omelette which he said was really good too. And prices were extremely reasonable. You could tell this was a great local place, but with the channel 3 publicity, many out of town folks were discovering Jacks's. As we told our waitress, we will be back. And she said she will be looking for us”

“Excellent breakfast and brunch place.It is small, but it makes sense for a local spot in a small town.I've eaten here several times now and I am yet to be dissapointed.This time I had the French Toast special ? french toast was moist, stuffed with apples and topped with whipped cream and spinkled with cinnamon. Got a side of bacon to offset the sweetness of the french toast. It was the perfect breakfasts. My friends had Western omelets that are their go to here for breakfast”
