Just as I remember it from over 35 years ago. Local diner joint that caters to a mostly blue-collar crowd. The place seemed pretty clean, and the booths were very roomy. I love the no BS approach from diner waitresses and this place is no different. You have to be tough when dealing with a diner crowd at 2am when the bars close in Devon....not for the lighthearted. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts this morning. The food was classic eggs, hash browns and bacon. The turkey bacon was delicious and the English muffin was crunchy! My elementary teacher who is a great all time BEST friend now from the 1970s treated me to lunch at the Bridgeport Flyer Diner. The service, food and atmosphere is fantastic and exceptional! The staff are very friendly and it is also very conveniently close to my home! It is very luxurious and bright and cheerful! I highly recommend Bridgeport Flyer Diner!
