I had planned to order an omelette as I have a gluten allergy, but didn’t realize that breakfast hours had ended. Although breakfast had ended, the gentleman at the counter was kind enough to put in my order. My Western omelette was delicious and I am so impressed with their customer service! “I don't buy lunch out much anymore finding it hard to justify $15 on a taco meal or a burger & fries & guilt. When I get a fresh sub or salad from Nardelli's, I'm happy and full off of healthier great tasting food. It's just as fast! I usually don't have time to eat there but it's well maintained, stocked with options from snacks to dessert and a friendly staff. My go to is a seafood salad wrap but there's nothing like the Italian grinder. On a controlled day, lol, that's my lunch & dinner! Hope to see you there, in passing“

“Good place. Changed my opinion of the franchise. Had a poor experience with the Southbury location, but this one was great. The two employees were extremely friendly and helpful. I explained I had no idea what I wanted, and had only had a so-so experience the one time I had been to a Nardelli's before. The guy making the sandwich was incredibly helpful in helping me narrow down what I wanted. Both employees were very friendly and talkative.The sandwich was good, the store was clean, the bathroom was clean and had nice decorations.I wish I had gotten their names, I would absolutely name them. Both are stellar and probably deserve raises. They probably know who they are.Bonus: Now I also know where to get Herr's Jalapeno Popper Cheese puffs. Damn those things are good.They tell me the Southbury location is owned by the same guy.
