They have really good food and they're bread is 10/10 BUT they need more than just one cook. Every time I go to get a sandwich there is a 20-35 min wait. I've once waited almost 40 minutes until I cancelled the order for a refund because if their busiest time is in the morning why only have one cook for some many people. It's been a long time since I've been in a straight up bakery! Walk into this one and you will be greeted with the begging aroma of fresh breads and goodies. There is a long, clean, and carefully laid out display case. It was such a treat to browse and gander at all the giant cookies and lovingly crafted pastries! I discovered Kasia two years ago and I return again and again when I am in New Britain. I order the pierogies, mushroom and other crepes, golumpki and the cake loaded with blueberries and raspberries. Everything is nicely filled with whatever the filling is and so tasty and fresh. Highly recommend!
