On Friday morning December 8, 2023. I went to this Dunkin to obtain my small hot Caramel coffee light & sweet. While the employees were polite and attentive and service was quick. My coffee was barely hot keep in mind if Ice Coffee was my preferred order. I would of ordered that instead of cup of hot that was barely hot.
It clearly says that the store closes at 8pm. When I get there at 7:35pm the person working ignores me standin there for about 5 minutes or so an then snudely says "we're closed" the signs says 8pm. She replies "I dont care what the closing says, we are closed"

Uber driver told me how dunkin worker got upset when asked to toast bagels and add whip cream to drinks.At first she said she already made them as to imply she couldn't remake the items. Then went ahead and "remade" them in agressive manner. Uber driver specified for whip cream to be added to BOTH drinks...worker added whip cream to ONE drink (very poor amount was added) and the presentation with the drink and overall order...read full review
