It was bartender, Justin’s first day and he is fantastic! I am a regular at Florian and some other New Haven hot spots, and Justin has the right personality and attention to service to do this with finesse!
John was the besttttt. On top of being a friendly face, he was personable, funny, and treated us like queens! He saw me and my friend in deep conversation and knew it was time for another glass. That’s a great bartender!!! I’ve always loved this spot for happy hour or dinner, but John made it a 20/10 experience!
