I went to the new location on Church street and I was impressed with the space and ambience of this wing establishment. The owner was accommodating and friendly. He referred to me by my first name (Sue) which is a plus especially in Customer Service. The food I received was delicious and he even threw in a dessert on the house. I’ll return soon just because….

Today was my first time eating here. For starters, soon as the tip of my toes stepped in the door, I was greeted with an immediate “hello”. I went to the take out counter and was greeted again. Simple customer service moves me, real bad. Now let’s get into these wingssss! I got The lemon pepper dry rub and garlic parmesan. I also had the jerk chicken egg rolls. Yummy!!! The wings were fried to perfection and the flavors were on point! The wings were perfectly sized and not the size of my arm. I will definitely be back!! Kudos to you guys! Ps. I’m to embarrassed to show the end result. Lol

I made an order before getting off of work and I asked if my food could be ready for 4pm and it was ready and hot !!! The atmosphere appeared to be clean and welcoming. I ordered traditional wings m: general Tso, honey lemon pepper and spicy teriyaki. I also ordered the steak and cheese egg rolls. When I looked over at the fridge, I also grabbed a woody lemonade and an Oreo cake parfait sooo YUMMY !! This was overall great experience, the food was very good !! My official wing stop for now on ? Oh and lastly the owner, had a young boy help me to my car with my order. That was much appreciated.

In fairness I have never dined in or eaten anything other than the dry rub wings but they are amazing. I have had several different flavors several different times. It is football season after all. The chili lime is my favorite. Worth a try. The owners are super nice.

Best soul food in New Haven!!! We’ve had a drought on good soul food since Sandra’s fell off. Walking in to the establishment feels refreshing with diversity and culture. It’s convenient in the heart of New Haven and HAS AMAZING FOOD. The mac and cheese combo with yams are to die for and then they have really good chicken. They also have amazing deserts just as if you were at a thanksgiving dinner. The owner was super nice, family oriented, and has a great sense of humor. 10/10Vegetarian options: They have options.Kid-friendliness: Safe environment
