We traveled to this area to visit Connecticut College and wanted a place on the water and we chose On the Waterfront! I think every seat in the place has a great view of the water. We started with clams casino and a house salad and both were delicious. We had Cod Mediterranean and Scallops in a pancetta sauce over pappardelle pasta. The cod was juicy and tasted amazing and the scallops were cooked perfectly in a delicious sauce. Our server was lovely and attentive to all our needs....read full review

Amazing seafood! Bang bang shrimp and calamari appetizers were excellent. My baked scallops were perfect. Exceptional service… speed, quality, friendly, sincere staff. Huge heart, great views, perfect New England seafood stop. Highly recommended.

Excellent meal. Our waiter was very professional right from the start.Food was excellent as well. Clean, bright atmosphere.I've been recommending this restaurant to several people since our visit.We look forward to dining here again.
