Went in after 1:15 on a Thursday, not crowded. The lady looked annoyed that I ordered a chopped salad, and threw the chicken in the microwave then started to throw veggies in the bowl. Another lady finished making it, she was nicer. The first Lady must have put a large handful of jalapeños in it. Every bite had some even after I picked them out! My husbands sandwich was fine.
If you like rude, snotty employees combined with poor store policies, then this is the place for you. Tried to order a 3" breakfast sandwich and was told they only had 6". With a solid sneer on her face she made it clear she was very happy to not be able to cut the 6" into two 3" pieces. When I made it clear I was upset, she made it just as clear she didn't care. A forced .75 cent upsell is NOT appropriate. Cut the bread in half.

It's your average subway with a friendly staff. I've grabbed lunch from this spot at least 40 times. The restaurant is always clean. Convenient location right off route 7. I'll continue to get lunch here once or twice a week.
