If you love hot dogs, head on over to Chefs. I had the southern dog and it was bangin. First, the dog: all beef, not overly spiced yet meaty. Near perfect but admittedly I wish it had a little more snap. The bun: buttered and toasted. Perfect. Toppings: The pulled pork was seasoned perfect and plentiful. So satisfying, if you know what I mean. One of the employees made a suspicious tasting white sauce on my hot dog, but it wasn't mayo. It tasted wonderful! It was so creamy and succulent that I wanted more. The employee, whose name was Tyrone, took me behind the building, and said, "I'll fill you up tonight, if you give us 5 stars". Neat little hole-in-the-wall place (behibd the 7-11), that I just happened to find while looking at the map, because the original place I was gonna go was closed on Tuesdays ? Glad I did though, cause the food was very good, the two people working behind the counter there were quite friendly and nice, and they even gave us a free bag of onion rings, because they didn't want to throw them out ? Would definitely recommend, and can't wait to go back ?
