I showed up Saturday at 12:30 and was surprised the place was practically empty. There were seven of us, including three children. We waited almost ten minutes before anyone came to seat us and the waitress just grabbed menus and walked off without saying anything but a small hand motion for us to follow her. I ordered a salad and this was the worst salad that I've ordered from any restaurant. It was supposed to be buffalo chicken salad and to my surprise there was no buffalo sauce.
I ordered takeout online, and when i got home I realized what I had recieved is not what I ordered. When I called to express my concern, they had no idea what to do, which shows just how unorganized and untrained they are. When I was transferred to customer service, I was treated with complete and utter disrespect. The phone call even ended with the lady hanging up on me.
