Literally during ceremony, we found out our second food truck was not coming. Jimmie called his wife and sister-in-law who immediately drove up to our venue (which is an hour drive from most) to assist him in feeding our whole wedding party. Jimmie stepped up and handled the situation so smoothly , we are so grateful for him. & the pizza was absolutely amazing. Big Mac Pizza!!! He had a variety of pizzas out all night which the guests still rave about. We cannot thank him enough for saving our wedding...without him we would have been without food for our 90 guests.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. My daughter got married in June and this was one of two food trucks that were hired to provide dinner to the guests. The other food truck did not end up coming!!! You can imagine the stress of finding this out right after the ceremony when they should have been serving food already. Fire Pizza Truck stepped up to the plate and served 80+ guests completely on their own. He called in his wife and sister in law (I believe thats who they were) who rushed down to help out. Not only was there a variety of delicious pizza's but he was literally the HERO of the day!!! Everyone complimented on how good the pizza was and most guests were not even aware there was an issue!!

Amazing pizza truck!! The truck comes to your house prior to your event to start cooking early so when you’re ready for your guests to start eating there are plenty of hot pizzas to start with. They continue to cook for two hours and there is always plenty of pizza. They also do salad and cannolis in their package. We liked how they cut small pieces so you could potentially try each type they make. This truck has one of the most creative pizza topping menus I’ve seen in the area. We love DaLegna pizza in New Haven for their unique menu and therefore this truck caught our eye for its even more amazing menu!! This truck more than exceeded our expectations. Guests kept coming back from the truck raving about the pizzas that just came out of the oven. The excitement our guests had with the truck made it totally worth it!! The guys that work the truck were so friendly and interacted in a fun way with our guests. We hired them for a COVID friendly, backyard rehearsal dinner and would hire them without hesitation again for our future events. Additionally they leave you with several pizzas at the end of the night for when guests maybe get a later night second wind to eat again. Highly recommend!!!

I remember immediately grabbing their card and calling the very next day and booking a date. Jim was very accommodating, although he was booked out quite a bit he did make some arrangements to fit me in as I wanted this to be special for my sons day! Not only is the pizza amazing,but he made it a point to make one football shaped since that was the theme of the party. After COVID-19 is over and we get back to normalcy I highly recommend booking them for any events or catering services!! You will not be disappointed!

The best thin crust pizza, fresh ingredients and creative pizzas. My favorites are the Big Mac, pear & pig, hot salami, baked potato and so many more - hard to choose. They even have spaghetti and meatball! I highly recommend for any type of party or event!
There is no better. We have had two different trucks and a trailer before we tryed this one and it was amazing

Delicious pizza and excellent customer service. Jimmie and his wife slung pies and manned the brick oven in the 90 degree June heat for our son's first birthday! Our guests were so impressed with the different variety they offered and all commented on how delicious the unique combinations were. They also offered a side salad (well composed and a nice option for variety). The last hour, delightful mini cannolis were put out for dessert. Jimmie was easy to coordinate with, thoroughly prepared, and very pleasant. They'll leave you the leftover pies and cannolis but our guests loved the pizza so much, we only got to put 1 box in our fridge! If you have allergies to consider, they are great to work with and extremely diligent. Please let them know before the event. Your guests will be in good hands; they take it seriously. So happy we went with the Fire Pizza Co. Hope we can have them back for another event in the future.

We recently used this company for my nieces graduation party. The truck and everything they used to prepare the food was extremely clean. The two people working the truck and slinging pies were both very professional and friendly. They were very accommodating, making anything we asked. Even catered to the needs of an attending guest who had food allergies. All the toppings were fresh and the sauce they used had a good sweet flavor. I personally would have liked them to cook the pies a bit longer but everyone has their own taste. Especially when it comes to pizza. Crust is thin, and on the chewy side but has a really good flavor. They also had homemade cannolis that were amazing. My wife is not usually a fan and had 2.
