We love Shanghai Gourmet! Recently, we did two very large orders. One for a Christmas get-together and the following weekend for a New Year's Eve get-together. Both orders were ready for pickup on time and well packed with nothing missing. During the year, it is THE place for us when we want to order out and has been for many years. It’s all good, but they do an especially fantastic Singapore Mei Fun (my favorite).
Our family has ordered from here for years, and I love that they now offer online ordering (as it can be hard getting through on the phone during peak hours). There have been a few instances where the order isn't ready by the time given through online ordering, but it's never more than an additional 5 minutes. Our favorites: pad thai with chicken (which is indeed spicy, but what isn't advertised is carrots are part of the ingredients, which could be a bit too strong of a taste...read full review
