I ordered 2 meals and 3 sandwiches for delivery on the app. I only received the sandwiches. Door dash stated that they were never given the drinks or chips. I called the restaurant for a refund and they told me they couldn't refund me the drinks and chips. They told me I would have to bring the sandwiches in to get a refund. What an awful location. Arrived to pick up order from the app. This was 6 PM on a weekday. Door was locked with a "Back in 10 minutes" sign on the door. Five minutes later saw two employees inside. Took two tries to get them to not ignore me knocking on the door. The middle aged Asian man working behind the counter was rude, he has a judgmental nature to him. You could tell he felt inconvenienced to be doing his job. I honestly don’t understand why people consistently choose occupations that are solely based on customer interaction, if they hate people.
