I happily walked into Taco Bell on October 4, 2021 with a crazy idea that I’d be getting a free taco (with minimum one dollar purchase) to celebrate National Free Taco Day sponsored by, none other than, Taco Bell.Wow, was I sadly mistaken! The worst Taco Bell… I don't recommend this place at all ? this is the third time that my order is missing food and when I complain about it they return it to me with little meat and poorly done. Terrible customer service, I don't understand how they can make mistakes with orders if they don't even have that many customers to serve. If the manager can read that and care, I hope he does something about it because we are not here to give away the money.

Around 12:00 am on Monday December 4th , I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru window while the woman ( Jazmire) wasn’t even there. She was not attentive to the fact i was waiting. I said hold on I need to get my card, then proceeds to walk away I had been waiting for her for 15 minutes . We have to tap on the window to get this woman’s attention after waiting for 15 minutes.
