The dirty wings are absolutely amazing! I was raised in western new york and I really happened to enjoy chicken wings when they are good. I don't get them too often now as I am very skeptic. What makes these chicken wings special? The preparation process was accidentally developed by a patron who, as the story goes, was often so sociable that his wings would get cold waiting for him at his table. He’d request they get tossed back into the fryer and a sauced a second time, which turned out to be a great combo.
