The manager's super nice, but that's about all I can say for this franchise. The drive thru is ridden with weeds, and at first glance I wouldn't expect this place to be open. Service can be especially slow even for the most basic of orders, and customer service is poor from a few employees.
This BK is our favorite in the area! The food is always super fresh- hot & crispy! They have self-serve soda fountains & icee machines. The staff is quick and friendly. They have a PLAYSPACE!! (The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is bc the playspace is not very clean or well maintained but it looks like they are renovating that area of the restaurant.)
