I went there Saturday night after my love's bday celebration. I guess Saturday's are busy for them...We were not informed. My group had drinks, ordered food, it was a musky burger and the driest bfl chix wrap. Customer Sevice was non existent..Manager didnt want to resolve my issue " free meal ". Go somewhere else if youre waiting to bowl!
I'd given zero stars if I could. The service is extremely slow even when the restaurant isn't busy. They had none of the specialty cups and our food took over an hour and a half. When we asked approx how much longer we were told 15 minutes to which it took an additional 30. The drinks for our table were never refilled and our waiter disappeared. Don't recommend taking kids here.

Don’t waste your time, you will be dead before you ever get your food. Then once you get it you might as well feed it to the dogs. Waited 40 minutes for chicken tenders and even my 6 yr old said no thanks. They need to get their kitchen in order if they want to be serving actual edible food. Was such a complete waste. Not even free beer would make up for this experience.
