I popped in one Thursday, I had to drop off my instrument at the excellent Music Shop next door. Bought two bags of yesterday’s bagels, froze most of them, and used them for my family’s breakfast or lunches throughout the next two weeks. Out of the oven, they were chewy and crunchy, just delicious. Great flour, excellent technique. The poppy seeds tasted like poppy seeds. Very satisfying. My boyfriend and I love going to both Fancy Bagel locations! They have such an array of bagels and menu options. I get the fancy BLT every time and have never been disappointed. Also for 2 delicious bagels with toppings it’s a reasonable $14($7 a person); the quality is unmatched! We love supporting local family owned businesses! ?
