I was sitting in Parkway Diner looking across the street and COBS caught my eye. I thought they were named after Cos Cob but apparently they are a chain. An international chain with only one US location, right here in Stamford. Okay, then, COBS we go! I had my eye on a bread loaf for some carbs. Passing through Stamford, we were curious to try some bread and pastries from COBS Bread, which is a Canadian-based bakery with only 2 locations in CT. The smell of the baked goods was noticeable right away and made us so excited to pick out what we wanted! Curtis provides the customer service that is hard to find. He is so kind and took time to explain any items of interest. I would 10/10 come back to this specific location because of the service he provided.
