No matter what time I go, morning, afternoon, evening, order on the app or in person, my drink is always wrong. I order the Dunking Coffee, which most of the staff do not know what I am talking about. If the company is going to promote drinks, their staff should know it. I come here four times a week and unfortunately my orders are wrong more times than they right it’s incredibly frustrating.Definitely a bit of a language barrier with some of the staff
