Probably the best Chinese take-out in the area, with caveats.I love their tasty recipes, but I'm disappointed that they change from visit to visit. Szechuan chicken and shrimp used to contain diced spicy dried peppers - now it doesn't. Why not? Last night's chicken curry was the best I've ever had. Best Szechuan Red Hot Oil Dumplings in area (finsihed them too quickly sorry no photos). Moo Goo Gai Pan chicken light, fresh, well-seasoned & Wonton Special Soup, wontons are too think but overall very good Chinese choice for Stamford with good Covid protocols. Can see inside they are wearing masks and they practice contactless pick-up.Online ordering bug tells you order is ready in 10 minutes on your confirmation. Should change that to 25-30 minutes.
