The woman behind the counter was unbelievably kind and patient. She was helpful to my wife and myself when she was admitted from the hospital and was feeling scared and acting erratically. Unlike what most people in store that size would’ve done she was patient and offered assistance by letting us use the phone to call for a ride and wait inside as a stalker looking for trouble was pacing out front, trailing us. I should have read the reviews before coming here. The first time I came was with someone they knew so their attitude wasn’t bad. This time around I couldn’t believe how horrendous their attitude was, you would think I was stabbing them the way they treated me. I asked the man if they had soup and he pointed down to something dark brown but didn’t say what kind of soup it was. I have gone here twice but likely not again. My first trip there was okay and went fairly smoothly- I added a tip the first time and not the 2nd (money's a tad tight on my 2nd trip, both were for lunch during work). If you don't tip, need a correction to what's being done (order being done wrong and you need to correct in the moment), need anything not that's not straightforward on the first try? you will be treated like an annoyance and a hinderance- I have never experienced...read full review
