I came late at night just looking for a place to eat and saw this place, decided to at least try it once. Customer service was excellent. The cashier who also served our food was friendly and patient with our questions. We ended up getting some of her recommendations. I personally did not really like the seasoning on the food. Although it was my first time trying Dominican food. On the other hand my husband loved it, so I would call it a win-win!
Mofongo was amazing. It had pork and shrimp- I highly recommend, however the Tripe soup (mondongo) needed more seasoning. But this is probably the best Spanish food on Stamford.The dine-in experience at the restaurant needs an overhaul- there is no ambiance at all.

I had a small appetite so I came here looking for an alcapurria de yuca and they recommended Quipes. It was kind of dry. I wouldn't try it again. It's nice they have a little table to eat outside, but it looks type dirty.
