Hadn't been to Tigin in many many years ...the world was not addicted to social media.... ?With that said I had a little nostalgia for it. The interior is a warrenry place with little nooks and crannies. Great for smaller intimate get togethers. A wide selection of liquors. Didn't check out what they had on tap just went straight to the Guinness. Now the food, great wedge fries just a slightly small serving. The Reuben was a bit disappointing. So being a Stamford native I remember well the novelty of drinking & eating at Tigin. But having children and the like it has been almost 15 years since I stepped foot inside. That changed this past Saturday. Tigin has aged very well. Like a fine wine it brought back a lot of memories for me. The fish & chips were fantastic. The pint was a perfect pour. And the staff just lovely as my British wife likes to say. Looking forward to a return much much sooner than 15 years.

This is about as close as you'll get to an Irish pub this side of the pond. Good food, reasonably priced, and a fun place to goParking: It's all paid parking nearby. Enforced until 8pm, except Sundays and holidays. And relatively expensive.
