“One of our favorite restaurants. Have been here upwards of 20 times or more and have never had a dish or cocktail we haven’t enjoyed. The best burger in town for sure and their sourdough is out of this world delicious. The menu changes often with a few staples so you’re never bored and can always try something new. Very fresh, always.Extremely talented team!”
“I loved this restaurant. It is a fun and lively environment. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. We ordered the sea scallop risotto and the lamb chops as our main courses, they were both fantastic. For appetizers we got the ricotta bruschetta and white sauce mussels, also very good. The wait for our food was quite long but it was a busy night.”
“Went early on Wednesday, no wait, greeted & sat instantly.Everyone was so nice and welcoming, and the food was phenomenal! Kids loved their pancakes and eggs, and the lobster eggs benedict was awesome!”
“First time finding and experiencing Pasta Fresca, and we loved it! They agreed to make fresh grinders for us early in the morning, well before opening, so that we could pick them up and take to a football game. The large grinders were enormous and delicious, on nice fresh, soft rolls. Wonderfully done and packaged up beautifully.Wish we had found this before now. Will definitely be back. Thank you again!!”
“On Sunday 04/14 I had the pleasure of celebrating a friend's birthday at this spot. It was my first time and definitely won't be my last! The service, views, and food were amazing! I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was superb!”
“It's a really nice environment to be in. If you're like me and prefer less crowded restaurants, go for dinner as late as possible. We went at 7pm, and it was the ONLY time I've seen empty seats there. I'm just not a fan of packed places. The food is amazing, and I love looking into the kitchen to see what the cooks are preparing. Thank you for a great time, each time!Parking: There's a parking lot in the rear of the building; super convenient. There's also street parking towards the front of the building as well.”
“Our waiter, Brian, who was also the hostess and bus boy at the time, was amazing! He was helpful, took his time explaining the menu with us and one of the best waiters we've had. The calamari was hot and delicious, and my fish tacos were delicious. We would certainly go back if we are ever in the area, so hats off to the chef and Brian. Thank you for a wonderful lunch experience!”
“I walked in about lunch time and ordered a Roast beef grinder, it was ready in a matter of minutes and I was on my way.Quck, easy and professional.Service was great!Sorry, no pics this time.”
“The best food ever Intimate & Great ambiance Thoughtful servers and even a jazz guitar musician to add to an uplifting experience. Get the tuna & the bay scallops, you won't be disappointed!!”
“Love the atmosphere of this place and the way we were treated by the staff was incredible and the food was excellent too but it’s not a big place for large gatherings!! Everything else is great and the owner is very friendly!!!”
“I rarely have Mexican food after moving from California to New England, while this place is an absolute delight! We ordered fresh margarita (cinnamon&sugar), fish tacos, and lava cake—I enjoyed all of them!”
“We really like the new location and it's been extremely busy each time we've been there. Some of the dishes are unique and not for everyone. But, there are Lee standard dishes as well.”
“Normally we have good luck here, but not tonight! Sat at the bar, ordered a chicken ceaser salad with extra hot chicken(thinking I would get at least warm chicken). Nope cold chicken. We had a woman who I've never had before ask what kind of dressing I wanted on my caesar salad. At that point I knew I was in trouble. We got our food, I did not eat any of it due to the COLD chicken, woman never came back to check on us, never realized I ate none of it. Asked for boxes and still said nothing. Unbelievable.”
“Note: this is not a restaurant. Regardless of the review which follows, it is not a restaurant. It does not serve Bloody Marys. You cannot see Nantucket Bay from here. I have no idea why Yelp lists this in a search for seafood restaurants in Eastern Connecticut. What it is, is a seafood supply business. As far as I know, it's a perfectly nice seafood supply business. That's why I gave it five stars. I can't bash this business with fewer stars because they're being misrepresented by Yelp, but I wanted to warn people who think it might actually be a restaurant.Note: Hours are 7 am to 2 pm.”
“Parking across street large lot. Chairs tables front of restaurant before you walk in. Bathroom to right as you walk in. Hostess to left. Get a seat closer to the bar area. Views are magical. Outside another dozen or more tables and a bar. So no need to worry about space. But as the season kicks in make a reservation. Prices are inexpensive for the shore. Food is excellent. Drinks prices reasonable. Good beer choices and mixed drinks.”
