The food was awful. The fries and big Mac were cold. The taste abd ingredients r not the same. The McDonald's on the Silas Deane hwy in rocky hill is the worst. Food just thrown on the bun and everything is always cold. Go to burger King or wendys much
I love the quick customer service and very positive and polite staff that work there , exceptionally clean restaurant always puts a smile on my face,I go there about 5 days a week .

The manager was doing all he could. It seemed very short staffed, but still got our order correct. The manager was awesome, had food out as fast as he could, despite the short staff. Bathroom was awful, but considering the size of staff.
