If you're willing to wait you'll be getting fresh food. In an effort to keep food costs low this particular KFC has decided to basically cook to order. I have eaten at this KFC a few times and on the last trip I went into the lobby to find out why the wait time is sooooo long. That's what I uncovered. Kfc food is almost always good, but this KFC in particular almost always has bad service. They pay close attention to their drive thru but neglect to help their line of customers waiting at the counter to order. At any time there are 3 to 4 people or groups of people waiting to order and it usually takes 20ish minutes to order. They take one order and complete it before taking another. I ordered online at the website for delivery to our home. The food was still warm. The Original Chicken was decent. The French Fries were not crispy and too salty. The Mac & Cheese looked old; but, I gave it a try to be fair. It was tasteless, I tossed it. I have no r es commendation for this location attisha time. Maybe it was an off noght.
