Food a little different, service is what I emphasize the most, because I believe that the staff owes it to us customers, but the majority of workers do not make us feel that they have us. Please assist us, we need them.

Went threw the drive thru on a Wednesday evening because I was running late and needed a quick dinner. Once your in the line ,if someone is behind you, your stuck. You can't pull out to the side , you can't back up. I pulled into the drive thru at 7:20pm. There were 4 cars in line ahead of me and 2 cars behind me. We finally drove away with our food at 8:10pm. The wait time at this location for me tonight was over 30 minutes before I could even order anything! It triggered my anxiety because I was trapped. there's no way to get out of the drive-thru line once you get in it! I had minor surgery yesterday and was having some pain tonight and was looking for a quick dinner option and this was not it!!! I do not recommend Taco bell! I will not be ordering or eating from here again! This place sips major pond water.
