We ordered for pick up via the app, two different transactions to use our rewards. Luz, an employee at this Taco Bell location, was extremely rude and nasty while barely explaining their policy on not being able to give two separate pick up orders through the drive thru. The franchise owner needs to be removed and the whole place cleaned out. I’ve been to Taco Bell’s in over 20 different states. This Vernon location is consistently the worse I’ve ever been. Love Taco Bell. This is really a shame.
