I agree with the last few reviews. My wife placed an online order for us. She went to pick it up and there was a sign on the door saying they were out of rice. The order wasn't fulfilled, and there was no heads up. She asked them if they could make it without rice and was told to get in the back of the line, or make a request online for a refund. This is the worst Chipotle location. Tonight I placed an order online for pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant I was informed that didn’t have rice due to equipment failure, and they could not complete the order. I would need to request a refund through the website. After about 10 minutes of chatting with a bot, I was connected to a live agent and was issued a refund. The time before this, I went and they were out of meat. I go into this restaurant several evenings a week to pick up food for my children. Lately, when I have been arrivng, my orders are not ready or are made incorrectly. What’s more concerning though is the fact that this establishment is dirty. The garbage pails are overflowing, there is food on the ground, the ice machine doesn’t work, they never reorder hard shell tacos, utensils are not replenished for customers, there are no napkins in the dispensers, and perhaps most concerning….i...read full review
